A first visit for us today and we will definitely be returning! We had the special which was recommended by Mario and it was amazing! It was a sourdough base with delicious homemade pesto. It was topped with mushrooms, bacon, poached egg, dill oil, truffle oil and a lavender flower. Mario took time to explain all the ingredients and his love of food shines through. The presentation of the dish was lovely and it was a very memorable dish. We had only popped in for a coffee, but couldn’t resist eating as the menu looked so enticing!
Mario and the staff at The Coffee shop Brockhall are so friendly, chatty and welcoming. Great coffee and even better Brunch. Would highly recommend for a weekend brunch or quick coffee and cake mid week.
Only popped in for a coffee while waiting for the kids to kick off at the BRFC academy but saw same food come out and thought wow I’ll have to have some of that. It filled up quite quickly but the service was prompt and friendly. The food didn’t disappoint, eggs Benedict was spot on and a fair price too for the quality. Can’t wait to to we play Blackburn again so we can visit and try something else. Keep up the good work.

This lovely little cafe is quickly becoming my favourite breakfast treat. The fresh ingredients make all the difference, it’s just so tasty. Their homemade chilli jam is just WOW!!! I think about it most mornings, I return whenever possible and can’t recommend it enough!!!
Unbelievable ! My new favourite place … food was amazing, staff are super lovely and inviting !! Went at the weekend for brunch and had the strawberry and banana smoothie with the all day breakfast I think it was called?
Wonderful, delicious early lunch today. We only came in for a coffee and we’re expecting a standard boxed sandwich or cold pastry and woweeee what a surprise! Totally blown away by the atmosphere, friendly staff and posh food! Will be coming again.
Second visit here. First time was very busy but service was fine. Second visit we waited over half an hour for our coffees which came luke warm then another half hour for our food even though the cafe was only half full. The food is lovely. No concerns but the service let the place down . We won't be returning
